Upload individual flash designs or a full flash sheet, crop designs, and add the details clients need to send a request.
Share artist profiles and flash collections from your website, Instagram bio, or messages.
For the artists
Give every artist a place to showcase their portfolio, publish available flash, and receive requests—all under your shop’s brand. They manage their designs, set their prices, review requests, and offer appointment times from their workspace.
One link for your Instagram bio.
tattooshop.com/artistnameExample for a full website. Portal profiles use your portal’s domain. Each artist connects their own Stripe account to receive payments for accepted booking offers. Stripe handles processing and payouts after account onboarding.
Publish now or schedule a flash drop. Clients can preview an upcoming drop; prices and requests open at launch. Share the sheet’s own link to bring clients straight to the collection.
Offer non-repeatable designs meant to be tattooed only once. Keep these distinct from repeatable flash as clients browse your available designs.
Booking on your terms
Clients request the work. You control the schedule. Choose the requests you take on, set your offer, and give clients appointment options that work for you.
Artists upload designs and set their details. Clients browse the shop’s available flash.
Clients share their preferred placement, size, and timing. The artist reviews each request before moving forward.
The artist sets the deposit and offers appointment options. If the request isn’t a fit, they can decline.
The client chooses an offered time and pays the deposit through Stripe. The remaining tattoo balance is settled at the shop.
A request is not an automatic booking. Your approval comes first; the client chooses a time, then pays the deposit.
